I am an Acupuncturist and Craniosacral Therapist with a BSc (Hons) in Integrated Chinese Medicine and a diploma in Craniosacral Therapy.  I am a member of the British Acupuncture Council and Acupuncture for Childbirth Team (ACT) and work in a central location in a peaceful clinic space in the city of Oxford.

In Chinese medicine, the practitioner works to understand why it is that symptoms arise and acts to stimulate the inherent healing mechanism of the patients physical, emotional and energetic systems.
Listening to the patient plays a vital role in making an accurate diagnosis and carrying out effective treatment.  The practitioner will listen to a patient talk about their symptoms and their health history, listen to their pulses, observing their tongue characteristics, and palpate their abdomen and body before beginning treatment
My experience in clinic - as a practitioner, student and patient has taught me that the body needs to both be listened to and assisted in order to make established change.  I aim to find a balance of listening and assisting in the way that I work.  I place value on freeing and opening the breath, calming the mind and enabling rest.
I work intuitively with both Acupuncture and Cranial work and integrate the two when needed.
